If you are a talented artist – in almost any virtually any aspect of ‘The arts’ – most colleges have scholarship money available for students gifted in theater, art, music, and dance.
In some cases, the college may have decided to specialize in a particular art, such as theater or dance, and has created a special fund to attract the best students in the discipline. While many of these scholarships are funded directly by the colleges, you will also find that many are funded by the school’s own Alumni groups.

The Grand Slam Guide to College Baseball Recruiting and Scholarships Guide was written by former MBL pitcher, John Riedling, who played in the big leagues for 14 years, with the Cincinnati Reds and the Florida Marlins.
Unlike most athletic scholarship guides – this one is based on interviews with the people that make the decisions on who gets the scholarships – the coaches themselves.
I knew right off the bat (sorry for the pun!) that this was going to be a different kind of guide, because Reidling suggests that you start the athletic scholarship search as early as your freshman year – and I know from personal experience that this is the truth!

If you think that government grants are available for anyone that wants to start a business – think again! Small Business Grant Money IS available – but most small business owners will have a difficult time finding the right program without help from a service or Small Business Grant Money professional.
In the case of government grants, the rules are very, very strict – every year, Congress allocates almost $100 million in the form of grants to be distributed to a wide variety of agencies under the Federal Government.

Among the many fields where grants are provided, Education is one of the top fields where these types of medical grants are awarded. These grants are very competitive, and very scarce, and usually are for research related areas of medical study.

Are you a high school student with a dream college in mind? The straight A student might be thinking Harvard…A student with a love of science may want to attend MIT while others know certain colleges and universities have frats and sororities and an alumni network that will help them get a job after they graduate, and that is a big factor in choosing their dream school.
But many of these students then have to look at the bottom line cost for their dream schools and wonder how their family is going to be able to pay for the expenses.
